    矩形盒体恒压拉深、切边复合模设计

    Design of Constant-force Drawing & Trimming Compound Die for Rectangular Box Part

    • 摘要: 某产品的电源模块外壳是一尺寸精度及外观质量要求均较高的矩形拉深盒体零件,按照常规工艺,需要在专用冲压设备上通过多道工序加工成型。在对工艺参数进行充分计算分析的基础上,根据加工条件设计了一副矩形盒体恒压拉深、切边复合模具。该模具采用特殊机械结构在普通压力机上实现拉深过程的恒力压边,并且在拉深行程终了时对零件进行较高精度的挤切修边,不仅满足了拉深工艺要求,还提高了工效,降低了成本,满足了产品小批量生产需求。

       

      Abstract: The power supply module shell of certain product is actually a kind of rectangular box part of drawing-style with high requirement for dimensional accuracy and appearance quality.As per conventional process planning,it can be formed merely on the special punching equipment after many machining procedures.On the basis of thorough computations and analysis of the technological parameters,a constant-force drawing &trimming compound die dedicated for this rectangular box part is designed according to the existing machining conditions.Since the die employs a special mechanical structure to implement constant-force edge formation during drawing process on the ordinary press machine,the drawing process requirement can be satisfied properly.In addition,extruded edge-trimming with a relatively high accuracy on the part can be achieved at the end of the drawing stroke so as to improve the work efficiency,reduce the cost and meet the requirement of small-lot production.
