    电子设备楔形锁结构非线性动力学特性分析

    Nonlinear Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Wedge Lock for Electronic Equipment

    • 摘要: 文中研究了电子设备用楔形锁紧连接结构的非线性动力学特性。通过分析实际的楔形连接结构的受力变形情况,采用分段线性变刚度模型来建立反映楔形连接结构非线性特性的动力学模型; 通过数值仿真计算,分析了这种连接结构的非线性动力学特性,并与实际实验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,文中建立的连接模型是合理的,正是楔形锁紧连接装置使整个系统具有了较强的非线性响应特性。

       

      Abstract: The nonlinear dynamic characteristics of wedge lock used in the electronic equipment are studied in this paper.By analysis of load vs displacement status,a simplified nonlinear dynamic model is established which can reveal the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the wedge lock.The nonlinearity is modeled by nonlinear spring elements with different tensile and compressive stiffness.The numerical simulation is done based on this dynamic model and is compared with the test result.The result shows that this connecting model is reasonable and it is the wedge lock that makes the whole system have strong nonlinear dynamic characteristics.
