    硬同轴线系统装配过程优化

    Optimization of Assembly Process for Rigid Coaxial Line System

    • 摘要: 装配过程中出现的连接间隙、密封以及受力状况不佳等问题,直接影响了硬同轴线系统的工作性能。因此,解决硬同轴线系统装配过程中存在的问题,是保证其高可靠性的先决条件。文中通过剖析硬同轴系统的组成,分析故障原因,提出了硬同轴系统装配过程优化工艺方案。通过控制、检验同轴线间隙,划分安装段,设置测试点,监测入射与反射功率,确定补偿垫片尺寸以及安装前调试等手段,提高同轴线系统的工作性能。实践表明,这些方法具有较好的可操作性和较高的实用价值,优化了装配过程,提高了硬同轴线系统的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Joint clearance,unsealing and poor stress state often appear in the assembly process of the rigid coaxial line.These problems affect the performance of the rigid coaxial line system greatly.Therefore,the solution to the problems in assembly process is urgent in engineering applications.In this paper,a method of optimizing the function of the rigid coaxial line system is introduced by controlling and monitoring coaxial line clearance,dividing the installation sections,setting test points,inspecting incident and reflected power and adjusting the system requirements before its installation.The practice shows that these methods are maneuverable and practical.Meanwhile,these methods can optimize the assembly process and improve the reliability of the rigid coaxial line system.
