    先进复合材料在雷达上的应用

    Application of Advanced Composite to Radar

    • 摘要: 先进复合材料因其一系列优越性能,不仅是新材料研制的典范,也是实现武器系统先进性的重要研究方向。文中介绍了高性能树脂基先进复合材料的历史,简要论述了先进复合材料的主要组成材料即高性能玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、氰酸酯树脂、双马树脂、芳纶蜂窝芯材、聚氨酯泡沫芯材等的特点,重点列举了先进树脂基复合材料在雷达上的实际应用情况,如雷达罩、天线反射面、馈源、各类结构件、线路板基板材料、隐身材料、智能材料等,并指出其在雷达上具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: With a series of special characteristics, the advanced composite now is not only the paragon of new material development, but also the important research direction of advanced weapon system. In this paper the history of high performance resin matrix advanced composite is first introduced. Then the characteristics of the primary materials used in composites are discussed briefly such as high performance glass fiber, carbon fiber, kevlar, cyanate resin, BMI resin, nomex honeycomb, polyurethane foam and so on. And the actual applications of advanced composite to the radar system are listed as an emphasis, including the radar radome, antenna reflector, feeder, framework, PCB material, stealth material, smart material, etc. Finally it is pointed out that the advanced composite has an extensive application prospect in the radar.
