Abstract:
The random vibration analysis of the antenna, feed and servo systems of an airborne radar is carried out under operation environment in this paper. The finite element model of the antenna, feed and servo systems is firstly established. And the mode analysis is carried out to obtain the inherent frequencies of the systems and the corresponding vibration types. Then the stress and displacement responses of the systems are obtained under random vibration spectrum line by the mode superposition method. Finally the structure strength is checked and the improvement orientation is put forward. The analysis result shows that the antenna, feed and servo systems can meet the product operation environment requirements and have enough safety redundancy
