Abstract:
With the rapid development of photoelectric detection system with multispectral light path, the calibration equipment used for optical axis parallelism measurement and calibration of multispectral light path photoelectric detection system is required. The structure design of the calibration rotating pedestal is the key and difficult point for calibration equipment design and it puts forward higher requirements for the structure design of rotating pedestal. In this paper the structure design process of a photoelectric comprehensive calibration rotating pedestal is discussed from the rotating pedestal structure type recognition, shafting precision analysis and major component selection etc. And model analysis of the rotating pedestal is carried out using ANSYS software. Good application of the final product shows that the structure design of the rotating pedestal is successful and it can be used as a reference for the structure design of similar rotating pedestal.
