Abstract:
Solid-state transmitter has advantages of easy maintenance, long continuous working time, small cubage and light weight. It is the key technology of the new generation of airborne weather radars. The structural design of a new airborne solid-state transmitter is presented in the paper. The structure scheme of the transmitter is investigated from many perspectives of the design, which meets the application conditions and the design requirements. The modular and custom-built transmitter is realized using a three-dimensional parametric design software, and the structure of the transmitter is shown in detail. The main forced components of the transmitter are analyzed in mechanical finite element design, and the local structure shape is modified to improve performance. The designed transmitter meets the application performance requirements, and provides a reference for the design of future new generation transmitters.
