    基于动态贝叶斯网络的天线俯仰系统可靠性评估

    Reliability Assessment for Antenna Pitching System Based on Dynamic Bayesian Network

    • 摘要: 采用动态贝叶斯网络(DBN)理论评估雷达天线俯仰系统可靠性,并识别系统可靠性薄弱环节。首先采用结构化分析与设计技术(SADT)分析俯仰系统,构建系统的功能模块。通过对功能模块的故障模式及影响分析(FMEA),确定各功能部件可能存在的故障模式、故障原因以及影响。在上述工作基础上,建立俯仰系统DBN模型,通过正向推理评估系统可靠度演变规律,利用逆向推理识别系统可靠性薄弱部件。案例研究表明:分析结果与工程实际相吻合,为此类系统可靠性增长提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN) theory is used to assess the reliability of antenna pitching system, and the bottleneck is also recognized. Firstly, Structured Analysis and Design Technique (SADT) is used to analyze the system, and the functional modules are obtained; then by implementing Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on the functional modules, the possible failure modes, failure causes as well as the effects of each functional component are identified. Based on the efforts above mentioned, DBN model of the system is established. Forward reasoning is used for assessing the process of system reliability evolution, and the weakness parts are recognized by backward reasoning. Case study shows that the analysis results are consistent with practical data, it provides theoretical basis for reliability growth of such systems.
