Abstract:
In order to enhance the structure design and simulation level of platform based electronic equipment system, this paper uses an airborne electronic equipment as example and proposes a bottom-up system-level structure modeling idea for platform-based electronic equipment. Taking ANSYS as an example, it introduces the finite element structure modeling idea for electronic equipment system, and the technology details of appropriate element type selection, assembly form processing, vibration isolator simulation, boundary condition and loading condition processing, etc. The finite element structure model of an electronic equipment built by this method is verified as reasonable and feasible through experiment. It lays the foundation for further system-level simulation analysis of electronic equipment, and is significant for the research and development of electronic equipment system.
