Abstract:
Lateral longitudinal beam is a very important component for connection and supporting in power protection cabinet. The standardization of modulus hole of lateral longitudinal beam affects the unity and compatibility of internal connection design of cabinets. In order to solve the standardization problem of modulus hole, this paper uses the simulation analysis platform of ANSYS Workbench, from the aspects of static bearing capacity and theoretical modal analysis, to get deformation displacement, equivalent (Von-Mises) stress, natural frequency and vibration mode of first five order free modal of lateral longitudinal beam with Φ4.3 and Φ5.3 modulus hole. The comparison analysis results show that the structural bearing capability, stiffness and the vibration mode of lateral longitudinal beam with Φ4.3 modulus hole are better than the beam with Φ5.3 modulus hole. The research results provide theoretical guidance for the standardization of the modulus hole of similar product.
