复合相变装置导热系数测试方法

摘要: 针对弹载、星载电子设备中短时、高功率、高热流密度工作特点,采用以金属泡沫为骨架填充石蜡类PCM(相变材料)的复合相变装置是工程上重要的解决方案之一。在采用该传热加强模式的复杂结构装置的仿真计算过程中,复合相变材料的导热系数设定是影响仿真精度的难点之一。文中针对该类型装置传热特性参数测试方法的工程化应用进行了重点研究,选取几种常用的复合相变组合进行试验验证,并将该研究成果运用到某相控阵天线的温度仿真计算中,印证了其良好的工程实用性和推广性。Abstract: Missile-borne and satellite-borne electronic facilities have the characteristics of short-time, high power and high heat flux. One of the most important solutions is using composite phase change device which uses metal foam as its frame and is filled with paraffin PCM. During the numerical simulation for the device with complicated structure and this enhanced heat transfer, the determination of the heat conductivity coefficient of composite PCM is one of the difficulties which influence the simulation accuracy. The engineering application of the heat transfer parameters testing method for this type of device is mainly studied in this paper. Several commonly used composite phase change combinations are selected to perform testing and verification. The study result is applied to the temperature simulation of a phased array antenna, showing that it has good practicability and can be easily applied to relevant fields.
