Abstract:
The vibration test for the airborne radar is one of the indispensable processes in the radar design. And the performance of vibration fixture determines the authenticity and reliability of the vibration test. In the traditional fixture design the effect of quadrature is neglected. As a result, the radar antenna is in the over-test condition, even is destroyed in some serious cases. The vibration characteristics of the airborne antenna vibration fixture are analyzed by finite element method and experiment in this paper. The result shows that the vibration transmission rate and the natural frequency of the vibration fixture satisfy the requirements of design and test, but the quadrature phenomenon is obvious. Finally, the improvement measures are put fonward for this vibration fixture. This can provide good reference for further design and research of the similar vibration test fixture.
