Abstract: With the wide application of new material, new structure and new technology in modern industry especially in aerospace industry, the application scope of nondestructive test has not been restricted to normal materials or normal shapes, the test of complex components brings new chances and challenges to nondestructive test. The combination of robot manipulator which is widely used in industry and nondestructive test can replace human to realize precise test on complex components, and increase test efficiency and security. The article reviews single manipulator gripping transducer, single manipulator gripping work piece, dual manipulator test and manipulator radiographic test respectively according to different test ways, and the application scopes of different test ways are analyzed.
