    3D打印电子产品技术发展现状探析

    Development Situation and Analysis of 3D Printing Electronic Products Technology

    • 摘要: 应用3D打印技术制造产品具有快速、结构形体复杂度无限制等技术特性,非常适用于电子产品的单件、多品种小批量研制生产,以及采用传统制造方式难以实现的机电结合、结构功能一体的复杂组件的制造,3D打印技术在电子产品制造中的应用研究意义重大。文中在介绍3D打印技术及其在电子产品制造中的应用发展现状的基础上,对3D打印电子产品技术的发展特点、趋势和需求进行了分析,并以3D打印多层PCB技术为例,对其技术发展难点和解决途径进行了探讨。

       

      Abstract: Due to having excellent technical characteristics, such as celerity and no limit to structure complexity, 3D printing technology is especially suitable for developing single piece, multi-variety and small batch electronic products, and for developing complex components with characteristics of electro-mechanical combination and functional structure, which are difficult to be realized by traditional manufacturing methods. The research of application of 3D printing technology in electronic products manufacturing has a great significance. Firstly, this paper introduces 3D printing technology and current development situation of its application in manufacturing electronic products. Then the development characteristics, tendency and needs of 3D printing technology for electronic products are analyzed. Finally, the appropriate approaches for the technical difficulties of multilayer PCB 3D printing are discussed.
