    某车载高机动雷达关键技术研究

    Study on Key Technology of a Vehicle-borne Phased Array Radar

    • 摘要: 文中将模块化方法应用到一种车载高机动雷达的结构总体设计上,利用印刷电路板工艺,开展阵面互联技术研究,实现天线、T/ R 组件、电源之间的盲插连接,节省了大量电缆成本。为解决天线阵面设备散热问题,对分布式风冷送风结构和高频箱骨架进行一体化设计,并采用安装过滤器的方法防止灰尘、雨水、盐雾等对电子设备的侵蚀。

       

      Abstract: In this article, modularization idea is used for the system structure design of a vehicle-borne high-mobility radar. Printed circuit technology is exploited for antenna interconnection study. Antenna, T/ R module, power module are connected together using blind-mate connectors, saving lots of cables. To solve the heat dissipation problems of antenna devices, the air channel structure of the distributed air-cooling system and the framework of the high-frequency cabinet are integrated together, filtration devices are also installed to prevent the erosion caused by dust, rain, salt fog, etc.
