基于均衡化的SMT 设备快速换产研究

摘要: 要满足通用设备表面贴装(Surface Mounting Technology, SMT)所面临的以多品种、小批量为特征的均衡化生产要求,电子企业就必须缩短SMT 设备的换产时间,增加单位时间内可生产产品的种类。文中提出了一种基于关键路径和时间树的快速换产方法。该方法首先使用关键路径法对换产流程进行图形化描述,并根据绘制的网络图寻找到关键路径。然后对关键路径上的内、外换产作业进行改善,并利用时间树将改善前后的作业时间及作业人员进行标注,区分内外换产,从而缩短换产时间。以某电子企业表面贴装机的换产改善为例,实现了换产时间缩短58%的效果,缓解了该企业均衡化生产对关键设备资源的竞争。Abstract: To meet the Heijunka manufacturing requirement of multi-varieties and small batch, electronic enterprises have to cut down the changeover time of key universal equipment such as the surface mounting technology (SMT) equipment. The shorter changeover time benefits production of multi-varieties within certain period. One quick changeover method based on critical path method and time tree method is proposed to improve the changeover process. The critical path method is applied to describe the changeover process and find out the critical path. After that, changeover activities on the critical path are improved by time tree method. The time tree method is utilized to label the time and staff of each activity and distinguish inner and external changeover activities to shorten the inner changeover time. Finally, the SMT equipment of an electronic enterprise is studied. The changeover time is shortened by 58%, which benefits the achievement of Heijunka.
