    通讯设备表面温度的主观感受研究

    Study on Subjective Sensation of Temperature on Communication Equipment Surface

    • 摘要: 目前通讯设备的热设计均以降低芯片结温、提高器件热可靠性为最终目标,然而对通讯终端产品而言,用户对产品内部的温度关注度较低,反而壳体外部的温度手感成为影响用户体验的重要因素之一。因此需要对设备表面温度的主观感受(以下简称手感)进行系统的研究。文中以10位受试者的主观感受为依据,对不同材料、不同结构的产品壳体进行了温度手感量化分析,以“手感指数”为量化标准,为后续的终端产品热设计提供指导。结果表明壳体材料、壳体结构以及内部布局对手感指数均有较大影响。

       

      Abstract: Nowadays, the ultimate aim of thermal design on communication equipment is cutting down the junction temperature of chips. However, for communication terminal products, the junction temperature of chips are rarely considered by consumers. Instead, the subjective sensation of temperature on the device becomes the vital factor influencing the user experience. So, based on the sampled data from 10 volunteers, the subjective sensation with feeling index of the product shells with different materials and stuctures are quantified and the feeling index is used as a quantification standard to provide reference for subsequent product. Results indicate that the materials and structures of the shell and the component layout have strong influence on the feeling index.
