Abstract:
Starting with the analysis of its own characteristics of general aircraft production,combined with the airworthiness requirements of CAAC, a pull and high flexible final assembly pulse line theory of general aircraft is presented and a pulse line theory model which covers four major value flows and five pull lines are established. Through in-depth analysis of the flexibility and efficiency of the production line, the defects of traditional assembly pluse line with poor impact resistance and lower production efficiency are solved, making the improved production line stable and efficient, which can be better used in general aircraft manufacturing.
