    一种浮动不脱出螺钉组件的结构设计与分析

    Structure Design and Analysis of a Floatable Unloosening Screw Components

    • 摘要: 国标不脱出螺钉受限于其固有结构,在拆装过程中容易发生断裂或者螺纹损伤。浮动不脱出螺钉组件突破国标的结构设计要求,采用浮动螺母结构,并增加螺钉关键部位的结构尺寸。经理论分析、仿真和工程应用验证证明,采用浮动不脱出螺钉组件后,装配容差提高到原来的两倍以上,螺钉强度也得到较大提升,可以有效解决螺钉断裂和螺纹损伤的问题。

       

      Abstract: The unloosening screw of national standard is limited by its inherent structure, the screw is easy to be broken or the thread is damaged. The design of floatable unloosening screw components breaks the limits of the national standard, a floatable nut is used in its structure, and the dimensions of critical parts also increased. The analysis, simulation and engineering application of floatable unloosening screw components proves that assembly tolerance has been increased to more than double its original one, and the strength of the screw has also been greatly improved, the problem of screw breakage and thread damage can besolved effectively.
