Abstract:
The traditional wiring design method has many limitations, which restricts the rapid development of products. This problem can be solved by 3D-wiring technology. In this paper the structure characteristics and wiring features of a radar antenna array are analyzed. The 3D-wiring design process, design principle, wiring preparation and operation procedure based on Creo2.0_Cabling are introduced. And the cable length information and the wiring model, which can guide the actual production, are finally generated. The 3D-wiring technology has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy.
