Abstract:
Miniaturization, precision, multi-functionalization are the three trends of the structure design in the area of the seeker. The changes not only enrich the design methods but also have much more stringent requirements for the environment adaptation of the structure. Mechanical analysis can check and ensure the reliability of the structure under extreme circumstances like acceleration, strike and random vibration. Based on finite element analysis, the acceleration, modal analysis, sine and random vibration and impact of a seeker electronic module are analyzed in this paper. Extracting the mechanical response of the structure to different loads, the data through deformation, acceleration response and stress cloud map are analyzed, the strength is verified and more specific suggestions are given according to the results of the structure analysis. The results of the finite element analysis show that the structure can work perfectly under a series of stringent circumstances. At last, shock tests are carried out in order to compare the simulation values with the experiment results. The comparison verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of finite element analysis.
