    一种均温板低温起动性能试验研究

    Experimental Study on Start-up Behavior of Heat Pipe Heat Spreader in Low Temperature Environment

    • 摘要: 为了将热管均温板应用于机载电子设备散热设计中,根据机载环境条件,研究了埋铜-水热管均温板低温环境条件下的起动性能。采用低温箱模拟低温环境条件,通过试验研究了不同冷却方式、不同热耗对热管低温起动性能的影响,得到起动温度曲线,在-55 ℃低温环境中,液冷(供液温度10 ℃)和自然散热两种冷却方式下,热管均能正常起动,未出现由于冷凝段温度过低导致的起动失败现象。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the start-up behavior of cooper-water heat pipe heat spreaders in low temperature environment is investigated for airborne electronics cooling purpose. Low temperature environment condition is simulated using low temperature box. The effects of different cooling methods, different heat loads on heat pipe start-up performance in low temperature are analyzed by experimental study. The start-up temperature curves are obtained. In -55 ℃ environment, the heat pipe starts up normally under both liquid cooling (inlet liquid temperature is 10 ℃) and natural heat dissipation conditions. The start-up failure problem caused by low temperature at condensing section of heat pipe is not found.
