    多层复合泡棉吸波材料应用技术研究

    Research on Application Technology of Multilayer Composite Foam Absorbent Material

    • 摘要: 针对泡棉吸波材料加工精度低,尺寸不稳定,在使用过程中易吸水、吸潮进而腐蚀基材的问题,文中对多层复合泡棉吸波材料进行了应用技术研究。介绍了材料多层结构组成、覆膜工艺流程和覆膜尺寸变化规律,提出了以聚氨酯膜层体系代替氯丁橡胶膜层体系的改进方法。采用光谱分析法对2种膜层材料的离子成分以及吸波特性进行了对比测试,并通过环境试验验证了聚氨酯膜层体系的环境适应性。结果表明,改善后的聚氨酯膜层体系的环境适应性明显优于氯丁橡胶体系。该改进方法提升了该类吸波材料的工程应用价值。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low processing precision, unstable dimension and easy to absorb water & moisture and corrode the base material in processing, application technology of the multilayer composite foam absorbent material is studied in this paper. The multi-layer structure composition, coating process flow and the change rule of coating size are introduced. An improvement method is put forward that polyurethane membrane system replaces the chloroprene membrane system. The volatile ion composition and microwave absorbing properties of the two kinds of membrane materials are compared by spectroscopic analysis. The environmental adaptability of the improved polyurethane membrane system is proved to be better than that of the chloroprene membrane system by environmental test. This improvement has increased the engineering application value of this kind of microwave absorbing material.
