Abstract:
With the in-depth development and application of three-dimension design technology, higher inspection requirements for radar structure parts are put forward. The traditional inspection planning means are no longer suitable for quality assurance requirements under the digitalized development environment. In this paper the development of digital inspection technology based on 3D model is summarized and the inspection process and application method are illustrated through examples. Compared with the traditional manual measurement, the digital inspection technology can resolve the difficult problems of radar structure parts inspection under 3D model digital environment, which can play a role in quality assurance in digital manufacture of radar parts.
