Abstract:
In view of the requirement of higher tracking speed, acceleration and tracking accuracy for the tracking turntable in current practical use, this paper presents a method for realizing the two-axis tracking turntable. This method completes the structural design by determining the use of the driving form of direct drive. Strength simulation and inherent frequency simulation for the structural design are carried out, and iterative modification is performed to optimize the structure design. Transmission devices and control methods are also simulated and demonstrated. Finally, the traditional PID control combined with feed forward control method is determined. Through the above design means, the high precision requirement of the tracking turntable under the condition of large acceleration and high speed is realized. After testing the tracking turntable, the highest speed, acceleration, positioning accuracy and tracking accuracy of the turntable all meet the technical specifications, which proves that the method is feasible. The realization method of this tracking turntable can provide guidance for the realization of similar products.
