    某海用振动试验夹具设计及分析

    Design and Analysis of a Sea Vibration Test Fixture

    • 摘要: 夹具是将振动台的激励力不失真地传递给受试设备的传力构件,在以前大多数有关夹具设计及模态分析的论文中,把夹具与基础的连接简化为刚性连接,再通过有限元分析给出了夹具的前几阶模态,但在实际使用时,夹具的实测共振频率与主模态理论值有较大的偏差。文中以某海用电子设备的振动试验夹具为例,证明了该夹具的计算模态与实测模态确实存在较大差别,根据夹具的实际使用情况,建立了相应的力学模型,通过分析说明了实际使用时夹具与振动台面的螺栓连接的非刚性连接特性,提出了在中大型海用设备夹具设计时,夹具与振动台面连接刚度的简易分析方法,以供参考。

       

      Abstract: Fixture is the exciting force of vibration table is passed to a equipment of power transmission components, in the past most of the fixture design and modal analysis in the paper, the connection of fixture and foundation simplified as rigid connection, through the finite element analysis gives the fixture of the previous order modal, but in actual use, clamp the measured resonance frequency and the main mode of the theoretical value have larger deviation. In this paper, a sea of vibration test fixture for the electronic device, for example,proved that the fixture calculating modal and the measuredmodal exists bigger difference, according to the actual use of the fixture, the corresponding mechanical model was established, through the analysis shows that the actual when using fixture with bolt connection is rigid connection characteristics of vibration table, in the huge sea equipment fixture design, fixture simple analysis method of joint stiffness and vibration table for your reference.
