    一种高承载碳纤维复合材料机架的制造技术

    Manufacturing Technology of a Carbon Fiber Composite Frame with High Load

    • 摘要: 碳纤维复合材料机架是为某特种飞机任务电子系统研制的电子设备安装平台,具有自重小、承载大、环境适应性要求高的特点。文中对高承载碳纤维复合材料机架的高精度制造和装配技术进行了研究。就机架的结构特点,分析了多种成型工艺方案,选择了合适的工艺方法,并在工装设计、零件成型、胶铆装配等方面进行了深入研究和实践。通过力学环境适应性试验验证,成型的机架性能稳定,满足设计和使用要求。目前,该机架已完成设计定型和交付,并实现了批量生产。

       

      Abstract: The carbon fiber composite frame is an installation platform for electronic equipment developed for a special aircraft mission electronic system. It has the characteristics of small weight, large load and high environmental adaptability requirement. High-precision manufacturing and assembly technology of the high load carbon fiber composite frame is studied in this paper. Based on the structural characteristics of the frame,a variety of forming process schemes are analyzed, appropriate process methods are selected and in-depth research and practice on tooling design, part forming, assembly, etc. are carried out. The formed frame is verified by the mechanical environment adaptability test. Its performance is stable and meets the design and application requirements. At present, the frame has completed the design finalization, delivery and achieved mass production.
