Abstract:
The carbon fiber composite frame is an installation platform for electronic equipment developed for a special aircraft mission electronic system. It has the characteristics of small weight, large load and high environmental adaptability requirement. High-precision manufacturing and assembly technology of the high load carbon fiber composite frame is studied in this paper. Based on the structural characteristics of the frame,a variety of forming process schemes are analyzed, appropriate process methods are selected and in-depth research and practice on tooling design, part forming, assembly, etc. are carried out. The formed frame is verified by the mechanical environment adaptability test. Its performance is stable and meets the design and application requirements. At present, the frame has completed the design finalization, delivery and achieved mass production.
