Abstract:
At present, the assembly method of the launch vehicle in China is manual docking. The manual docking car used has only one function. It needs to be turned several times during docking assembly. The entire assembly process is inefficient, cumbersome, poorly accurate and labor-intensive. Therefore, it can no longer meet the high-density development needs of the launch vehicle. The research on multifunctional car is in its infancy. A few electric cars haven’t more practical functions because they only use electric motors to replace handwheels. A multifunctional docking frame solution is proposed according to the launch vehicle assembly process in this paper. This multifunctional docking car vehicle integrates multiple functions such as full-round rolling, centroid & mass measurement, automatic docking and manual/automatic switching. Only a set of multifunctional docking car can complete the docking and assembly operations that now require a variety of professional equipment, which greatly reduces the repeated transition work during the docking assembly process, improves the docking efficiency and quality and reduces the labor intensity of workers. It is a highly efficient docking assembly solution with high quality.
