Abstract:
At present, the hydraulic mechanism such as hydraulic leveling leg (screw rods) belongs to custom integrated parts. However, the production integrators do not have independent performance test and function verification conditions for integrated parts, so they can only carry out performance test and function verification together with the whole machine after installation. Once a fault occurs, it will have a great effect on the debugging cycle of the product and it is very difficult to analyze and locate the fault. In order to carry out the performance test and function verification of custom integrated parts before installation, a hydraulic integrated test platform is developed. This hydraulic integrated test platform, which consists of hydraulic system, control system and mechanical structure system, has several functions including independent driving, loading, parameter setting, measuring and recording. It is able to set parameters such as flow, loading force, torque and rotation speed digitally and measure and record the related parameters. The approach proposed in this paper can be used as reference for the structure design and optimization of the same type of equipment.
