Abstract:
Taking the shipboard radome as the research object, the test method of the stiffness and strength performance of the radome under complex load is analyzed in this paper, which provides guarantee for the safe service of shipboard equipment. Firstly, the approximate loading methods of wave load and wind load are studied; secondly, the test and analysis methods for the stiffness and strength performance of the radome are discussed in detail, such as the design method of the test bench, the arrangement and data acquisition of strain gauge and displacement sensor, the test steps and data processing method and the method to detect whether the internal part of the radome is damaged in the test; finally, the guiding effect of the test results on the finite element model correction is discussed.
