Abstract:
The failure behavior of carbon fiber composite is related to the internal stress state and the performance of unidirectional carbon fiber composite laminates with different laminate rotation angles is obviously different. The T700/E44 composite tensile model is established by HyperWorks commercial finite element software in this paper. Based on the Chang-Chang composite failure model, the tensile properties in
X direction and
Y direction of composite laminates with different laminate rotation angles are analyzed numerically. The results show that the composite laminates have the best comprehensive tensile property when the laminate rotation angle is 45°. This provides important guidance for the design of composite layup structure in high performance radar.
