    高精度三角形铝合金天线反射面的研制

    Development of High-precision Triangular Aluminum Alloy Antenna Panel

    • 摘要: 为了满足平方公里阵(Square Kilometer Array, SKA)天线反射面高精度、轻量化、低成本的建设需求,研制了三角形铝合金筋–板胶接结构单元面板。首先设计背筋结构布局,通过仿真分析结构变形情况,优选高效率布局;其次,通过背筋和蒙皮的参数设计进行尺寸优化;最后通过真空负压胶接工艺试制单元面板。结果表明,三角形单元面板的结构设计和制造方法具有创新性,可以满足SKA 射电望远镜的指标要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of high precision, lightweight and low cost of the SKA (Square Kilometer Array) reflector, the triangular aluminum alloy panel unit with adhesively stiffened panel structure is developed. Firstly, the structure layout of the back rib is designed, the efficient layout is selected by simulating the structure deformation. Secondly, through the parameter design of the back rib and skin, the dimension of the panel structure is optimized. Finally, the triangular panel unit is trial-manufactured by vacuum negative pressure bonding process. The results show that the structure design and the manufacturing method of triangular panel unit are innovative and can meet the requirements of the SKA radio telescope.
