Abstract:
To solve the heat dissipation problem of an electronic equipment cabin, the software 6sigmaET is used to analyze the problem and the optimization measures are put forward. Firstly, the basic situation of the cabin is introduced and the heat dissipation is analyzed according to the experience. Then, 6SigmaET is used to simulate the heat dissipation of the cabin and the problem of heat dissipation is analyzed. Finally, according to the analysis results, the optimization schemes are designed by increasing the input of cold air around the cabinet and improving the thermal cycle. The effect of the scheme is verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the cold air input and the heat circulation mode affect the cooling of the cabinet directly and that the temperature drop of the whole electronic equipment cabin is obvious after optimization. The optimization schemes are significant to guide the design of electronic equipment cabin.
