摘要: 文中对某地面固定式雷达天线阵面的模块化设计方法进行了研究,详细阐述了该天线阵面从初期的任务输入到阵面功能模块划分再到单个子模块的整个设计过程,研制出了电性能和结构实用性均满足产品使用要求的模块化子阵面,并成功实现了单个子模块的批量化生产,解决了大型雷达阵面研发周期长、装配复杂、运输困难等难题,有效降低了产品的复杂性和研发成本,提高了产品的研发效率,可为类似体制的雷达天线阵面结构设计提供参考。Abstract: The modular design method of a ground stationary radar antenna array is studied in this paper. The whole design process of the antenna array from the initial task input to the modular division base on the antenna function and to a single sub-module is described in detail. The electrical properties and structural practicality of modular sub-array meet the operation requirements. The batch production of single sub-module is successfully realized. The problems of a large radar antenna array are solved, such as long development period, complex assembly and difficult transportation. Complexity and cost of the product are effectively reduced and the research efficiency of the product is improved. This method can provide a reference for structure design of the similar radar antenna array.
