Abstract:
In the shape analysis of mesh reflector antenna, the previous researches usually focus on the shape accuracy of cable net or the uniformity of cable segment tension distribution, without considering the influence of the stress of membrane reflector on cable net structure. Therefore, according to the structure characteristics of cable net and wire mesh of the mesh reflector antenna, a shape optimization method of cable net considering membrane stress is proposed. Based on the cable element and the membrane element with equal stress in every direction, the optimization model is established with the cable segment tension as the design variable, the upper and lower limits of the tension as the constraint, and the uniformity of the tension as the objective function. Finally, the corresponding shape finding program is written and the feasibility of this method is proved by an example.
