    考虑膜结构应力的索网型面优化方法

    Shape Optimization Method of Cable Net Considering Membrane Stress

    • 摘要: 在对网状反射面天线进行型面分析时,以往的研究常常将重点放在索网结构的型面精度或索段张力分布的均匀性上,没有考虑薄膜反射面的应力对索网结构的影响。因此,文中根据网状反射面天线的索网和金属丝反射网的结构特点,提出了一种考虑膜结构应力的索网型面优化方法。基于索单元和各向等应力膜单元,建立以索段张力为设计变量、索段张力的上下限值为约束、索段张力均匀性为目标函数的优化模型。编制了相应的找形程序,通过算例证明了该方法的可行性。

       

      Abstract: In the shape analysis of mesh reflector antenna, the previous researches usually focus on the shape accuracy of cable net or the uniformity of cable segment tension distribution, without considering the influence of the stress of membrane reflector on cable net structure. Therefore, according to the structure characteristics of cable net and wire mesh of the mesh reflector antenna, a shape optimization method of cable net considering membrane stress is proposed. Based on the cable element and the membrane element with equal stress in every direction, the optimization model is established with the cable segment tension as the design variable, the upper and lower limits of the tension as the constraint, and the uniformity of the tension as the objective function. Finally, the corresponding shape finding program is written and the feasibility of this method is proved by an example.
