    基于动态模式的CAD/CAE 模型重构软件设计及实现

    Design and Implementation of CAD/CAE Model Reconstruction Software Based on Dynamic Mode

    • 摘要: 文中针对各学科计算机辅助工程(Computer-Aided Engineering, CAE)模型异构,因而难以从统一的计算机辅助设计(Computer-Aided Design, CAD)模型快速准确地获取不同的CAE 模型的问题,设计了一种基于动态模式的CAD/CAE 模型重构软件。该软件基于Creo6.0 二次开发接口,集成了大量专家知识及经验,能够根据不同模式动态地对模型进行重构,实现了集成规则管理、处理模式管理、模型重构处理及输出。对天线阵面、背板、整机模型和印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board, PCB)整体模型的处理表明,该软件运行良好,满足模型的重构输出要求,可极大地提高工作效率,可广泛应用于多学科CAD/CAE 模型重构,具有良好的通用性和扩展性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to obtain different CAE models quickly and accurately from a unified CAD model for heterogeneity of CAE models in various disciplines, a CAD/CAE model reconstruction software based on dynamic mode is designed in this paper. Based on Creo6.0 secondary development interface, the software integrates a large amount of expert knowledge & experience and can dynamically reconstruct the model according to different modes. Thus integrated rule management, processing mode management, model reconstruction and output are realized. The processing of the antenna array, the back plate, the whole antenna system model and the printed circuit board (PCB) overall model shows that the software runs well, meets the requirements of the model reconstruction and output and can greatly improve the work efficiency. It can be widely used in multi-disciplinary CAD/CAE model reconstruction and has good universality and expansibility.
