    一种系留气球用万向滑轮

    A Type of Flying Sheave for Tethered Balloon

    • 摘要: 为解决某型系留气球用万向滑轮焊接变形控制困难、使用拆装维护不便、产品监测功能不完善的问题,文中从万向滑轮的功能需求和安全使用要求出发,提出了万向滑轮的通用设计要求,并基于万向滑轮的不足,从制造工艺、拆装维护和在线测量3个方面进行了优化改进设计,降低了制造加工难度,增加了系留缆绳张力和偏角测量的功能,实现了系留缆绳与万向滑轮的在线便捷分离,利于系留缆绳和万向滑轮的维护和更换。

       

      Abstract: The welding deformation of a type of flying sheave for tethered balloons is difficult to control. It is inconvenient to disassemble and maintain the flying sheave. And the monitoring function of products is inadequate. To solve these problems, a general design requirement is put forward in this paper based on the function and safety requirements of the flying sheave and optimization design is carried out from manufacturing process, maintenance and on-line measurement. As a result, welding deformation is reduced, measurement function for tensility and drift angle of the tether is added, and the on-line separation of flying sheave and tether is realized conveniently, which is useful for maintenance and replacement of the flying sheave and tether.
