    某型火控雷达俯仰壳体动力学仿真

    Dynamic Simulation of Pitching Shell of a Fire Control Radar

    • 摘要: 文中旨在通过对某型火控雷达俯仰壳体的力学仿真分析,获得该类型雷达在风载荷作用下的仿真方法。文中对该雷达的技术指标及雷达俯仰机构的基本结构组成进行了简单介绍,针对雷达的几种工作状态,对俯仰壳体的受力情况进行了理论分析计算,基于Simcenter 3D & AMESim(1D)多学科联合仿真平台,结合ANSYS Workbench软件中的风载荷仿真模块,对俯仰壳体在风载环境下的动力学性能进行仿真分析,获得了相关仿真参数,取得了预期效果。结果表明,俯仰壳体力学性能满足该雷达的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to obtain the simulation method of a fire control radar under wind load by the mechanical simulation analysis of the pitching shell of the radar. This paper briefly introduces the technical specifications of the radar and the basic structure of the radar pitch mechanism. According to several working states of the radar, the theoretical analysis and calculation of the force on the pitching shell are carried out. Based on the Simcenter 3D & AMESim (1D) multidisciplinary simulation platform and the wind load simulation module in the ANSYS Workbench software, the dynamic properties of the pitching shell under wind load environment is simulated and analyzed. The relevant simulation parameters are obtained and the expected results are obtained. The results show that the mechanical properties of the pitching shell meet the requirements of the radar.
