Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to obtain the simulation method of a fire control radar under wind load by the mechanical simulation analysis of the pitching shell of the radar. This paper briefly introduces the technical specifications of the radar and the basic structure of the radar pitch mechanism. According to several working states of the radar, the theoretical analysis and calculation of the force on the pitching shell are carried out. Based on the Simcenter 3D & AMESim (1D) multidisciplinary simulation platform and the wind load simulation module in the ANSYS Workbench software, the dynamic properties of the pitching shell under wind load environment is simulated and analyzed. The relevant simulation parameters are obtained and the expected results are obtained. The results show that the mechanical properties of the pitching shell meet the requirements of the radar.
