Abstract:
In order to improve the assembly efficiency and quality of electrical connectors in the electrical equipment, the automatic assembly process of a high-precision electrical connector is studied in this paper. By establishing the automatic assembly test platform with self-sensing ability, automatic assembly test for the electrical connector is carried out, and the displacement-pressure curves and the maximum pressure of connector assembly are obtained. According to the change trend of pressures in the electrical connector assembly process, reasons are analyzed in detail. Based on a large number of test results, the online real-time monitoring measures of automatic assembly process of the electrical connector are given, which makes the automatic assembly quality under control. The practical application results show that the quality control measures based on the assembly process parameter monitoring are reliable and effective.
