    某机载液冷综合机架的结构设计

    Structure Design of an Airborne Liquid Cooling Integrated Frame

    • 摘要: 针对某机载电子设备的小型化、轻量化和高热耗的特点,从内部模块的布局、结构功能一体化、电气及水路互联的盲配设计、散热结构及流道设计、电磁兼容设计等方面介绍了液冷综合机架的结构设计过程。对综合机架实体模型进行了力学仿真和热仿真分析,并对实物样机进行了试验验证。结果表明,液冷机架的设计满足使用要求,对以后的工程应用具有较大的借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: In view of the characteristics of miniaturization, lightweight and high heat consumption of certain airborne electronic equipment, the structure design process of the liquid cooling integrated frame is introduced from the perspectives of internal module layout, integration of structure and function, blind plug design of electrical and waterway interconnection, design of heat dissipation structure and flow channel, electromagnetic compatibility design, and so on. The mechanical simulation and the thermal simulation are carried out for the solid model of the integrated frame and the engineering prototype is tested and verified. The results show that the design of the liquid cooling frame meets the application requirements, which has a good reference significance for future engineering application.
