Abstract:
This paper introduces the structural design scheme of a comprehensive liquid-cooled blind-mating system, as well as key technical methods such as electro-hydraulic integrated blind-mating design, co-process pipe network design, lightweight and modular design. In order to meet the requirements of heat dissipation performance and mechanical performance under harsh airborne conditions, the flow distribution and vibration shock performance of the system are simulated and calculated. Finally, the flow resistance test and vibration test of the integrated liquid-cooled system are carried out to verify the rationality of the simulation analysis and the reliability of the product. The design ideas and methods in this paper can be used as reference for design of similar products.
