    碳纤维液压油箱结构及散热设计

    Structure and Heat Dissipation Design of Carbon Fiber Hydraulic Tank

    • 摘要: 针对某高机动雷达轻量化研制要求,设计了以碳纤维为主体框架材料、使用工程泡沫作为芯材的液压油箱,并利用内隔板加强散热,相对于不锈钢油箱整体减重63%以上。根据该雷达液压系统间歇工作的特点,对系统温升及碳纤维油箱的散热情况进行了理论计算、仿真分析及试验验证,结果表明该碳纤维油箱散热性能满足使用要求。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the lightweight requirement of a high mobility radar, the hydraulic tank with carbon fiber as frame material and engineering foam as inner material is designed. The heat dissipation is enhanced by using the inner baffle. The weight of the hydraulic tank is reduced by more than 63% compared with the stainless steel tank. According to the characteristics of intermittent work of the radar hydraulic system, theoretical calculation, simulation and experimental verification are carried out for the temperature rise of the hydraulic system and the heat dissipation of the carbon fiber tank. The results show that the requirements of the heat dissipation performance of the carbon fiber hydraulic tank can be satisfied.
