    Structural Design of a Portable Turntable

    • 摘要: 文中介绍了一款便携式转台的结构设计过程。首先根据系统的使用要求,结合负载特点,对转台需承受的风载荷、偏心载荷和惯性载荷进行计算,从而选定直流无刷电机的驱动方式。然后通过合理布局轴系、传感器、伺服控制电路等零部件,构建了转台整体方案。进而对动力链进行详细设计,同时考虑精度实现、限位方式、重量控制、设备安装相关内容以及手轮驱动和姿态反馈功能。该转台已随系统通过了各项功能测试和环境试验,满足所有指标要求并量产。

       

      Abstract: The structural design process of a portable turntable is introduced in this paper. Firstly, the wind load, eccentric load and inertial load are calculated according to the system requirements and the characteristics of the load. The driving mode of DC brushless motor is selected. Then, the overall scheme of the turntable is constructed through reasonable layout of shafting, sensors, servo control units and other parts. The power chain is designed in detail. The precision, limit mode, weight control, installation, hand wheel drive and attitude feedback are considered at the same time. The turntable along with the system has passed various functional tests and environmental tests, meets all the specifications and is in mass production.
