Abstract:
The structural design process of a portable turntable is introduced in this paper. Firstly, the wind load, eccentric load and inertial load are calculated according to the system requirements and the characteristics of the load. The driving mode of DC brushless motor is selected. Then, the overall scheme of the turntable is constructed through reasonable layout of shafting, sensors, servo control units and other parts. The power chain is designed in detail. The precision, limit mode, weight control, installation, hand wheel drive and attitude feedback are considered at the same time. The turntable along with the system has passed various functional tests and environmental tests, meets all the specifications and is in mass production.
