Abstract:
With the rapid development of array structure technology, the antenna array is gradually developing towards larger aperture, lighter weight and higher accuracy. In order to meet the needs of high mobility transportation, the antenna array is often divided into parts and the parts are assembled on site to achieve rapid erection. In order to ensure good electrical continuity and good position accuracy of antenna elements between the parts of the antenna array, a quick locking mechanism is usually set up between the parts to achieve quick and accurate locking. Details of several kinds of quick locking mechanisms and their improved forms commonly used in ground-based radar are introduced in this paper from the perspectives of structure, working mode and applicable array type. In-depth studies of these locking mechanisms can provide a basis for their optimization design and application in other fields.
