Abstract:
Toolings play a role in bearing the antenna array and ensuring the assembly accuracy in radar antenna assembly. It is also necessary for adjusting the relative position between antenna and test field. The integrated tooling is designed in this paper for the assembly and test tasks of a type of radar antenna. CAD modeling is carried out by Creo software, and the stiffness and strength of key structural parts are checked by ANSYS WorkBench software. The results of simulation analysis and inspection meet the design requirements. The practical application results of the integrated assembly and testing tooling meet the task requirements. The tooling can improve the assembly efficiency, ensure the product accuracy, meet the testing requirements and provide reference for the subsequent development of similar toolings.
