    车载控制台结构设计与仿真分析

    Structure Design and Simulation Analysis for a Vehicle Console

    • 摘要: 某控制台位于空间紧凑的轻型高机动底盘车内,控制台的结构紧凑、重量轻、多功能操控、操控舒适度高等需求是设计中的难点和重点。针对控制台内装设备的结构特点,提出了控制台的轻量化和集成化设计方案,满足结构的美观性和可靠性要求。基于控制台的车载使用环境条件,采用有限元软件构建控制台的力学分析模型,分析了控制台的模态计算结果,同时探讨了不同方向的随机振动对控制台强度和刚度的影响。仿真结果和试验验证表明,控制台的强度和刚度满足设计要求。控制台结构设计合理可行,满足整车系统的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: A console is in a compact chassis vehicle with light weight and high mobility. Its requirements of compact structure, light weight, multifunction control and high handling comfort are difficult and crucial in design. According to the structure characteristics of the equipment installed in the console, the light weight and integrated design scheme for the console is proposed, and the aesthetics and reliability requirements of the structure are satisfied. Based on the vehicle environment conditions of the console, the mechanical analysis model of the console is built by finite element software. The modal calculation results of the console are analyzed, and the influence of random vibration in different directions on the strength and stiffness of the console is discussed. Simulation results and test verifications indicate that the strength and stiffness of the console meet the design requirements. The structure design of the console is reasonable and feasible, and meets the operation requirements of the whole system.
