    集成泄漏检测的超薄液体旋转关节设计

    Design of an Ultra-thin Liquid Rotary Joint with Leak Detection Function

    • 摘要: 为解决某机载机相扫雷达旋转过程中冷却液供给难题,文中设计了一种具有泄漏检测功能的液体旋转关节。它采用了新颖的环形流道径向排布式架构和低压缩量双层密封圈结构,轴心处集成了一路光纤滑环接口,外形超薄,适配于相控阵雷达的紧凑结构。经仿真和试验验证,它具有驱动力矩小、寿命长、可靠性高、性能稳定的优点,可在机载环境下为雷达提供可靠的液体旋转连接功能,可在机相扫雷达中推广使用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of coolant supply during the rotation of an airborne mechanical phase scan radar, a liquid rotary joint with leak detection function is designed. The joint adopts radially arranged structure of the annular flow channel and the low-compression double-layer sealing ring structure, and an interface for fiber optic cable is integrated. Because of the novel structure, the shape of the joint is ultra-thin, suitable for the compact phase scan radar. It has been verified by simulation and experiments that the joint has excellent performance such as small drive moment, long life, high reliability and stable performance and can provide a reliable liquid rotating connection function in the airborne environment for the radar. It can be widely used in mechanical phase scan radar.
