Abstract:
According to the characteristics of enterprises with discrete manufacturing, high complexity of production objects, diversified varieties and large differences in production batches, combined with the typical characteristics of intelligent manufacturing systems, through parallel construction of hardware and software, three types of production modes of fully automatic production, man-machine collaborative production and intelligent assembly of single station are established to achieve production agility. Manufacturing information is transformed into measurable numbers, data and models. A variety of complex optimization and decision-making problems in manufacturing systems are solved with the new generation of information technology. Interconnection and high integration of equipment, product status agile perception, real-time data analysis, automatic decision-making and accurate command execution are achieved. Thus, electric assembly intelligent production line characterized by man-machine collaboration, digital empowerment and intelligent management is established.
