    钛合金流体软管组件的设计与工艺

    Design and Process of Titanium Alloy Fluid Tubing Assembly

    • 摘要: 高功率电子产品的散热需求越来越高,流体软管组件作为热量传输载体的必要部件,其轻量化、可靠性等性能越来越重要。文中提出了一种钛合金流体软管组件的设计方案,并系统研究了该软管组件的制备工艺,最后的可行性,为液冷散热的流体连接提供了一种有效的解决方案。

       

      Abstract: The need for heat dissipation in high-power electronic products is increasing. The fluid tubing assembly is the essential part of heat transfer carrier. Its properties such as lightweight and reliability become more and more important. This paper presents a design scheme of the titanium alloy fluid tubing assembly and systematically studies the fabrication process. Finally, the feasibility of the fluid tubing assembly is verified through a series of experiments. This paper provides an effective solution for the fluid connection of liquid cooling.
