Abstract:
The need for heat dissipation in high-power electronic products is increasing. The fluid tubing assembly is the essential part of heat transfer carrier. Its properties such as lightweight and reliability become more and more important. This paper presents a design scheme of the titanium alloy fluid tubing assembly and systematically studies the fabrication process. Finally, the feasibility of the fluid tubing assembly is verified through a series of experiments. This paper provides an effective solution for the fluid connection of liquid cooling.
