    某碳纤维电子机箱结构动力学仿真及试验研究

    Study on Dynamics Simulation and Test of an Electronic CFPR Cabinet

    • 摘要: 碳纤维增强复合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer, CFRP)作为一种高性能复合材料,具有比强度和比刚度高、减振性能好等特点,在机载电子设备中的应用越来越广泛。文中针对机载环境条件特点,设计了一种碳纤维复合材料电子机箱,并利用ANSYS 软件进行了结构动力学仿真分析,最后通过冲击试验测得典型位置的应变,并预测了冲击试验中可能出现的最大应变。文中所做工作对同类型电子机箱结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: As a kind of high performance composite material, carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFPR) has high specific strength, high specific stiffness and good vibration damping performance, so it is more and more widely used in airborne electronic equipment. In allusion to the features of airborne environment condition, an airborne electronic CFPR cabinet is designed. ANSYS software is used for dynamics simulation analysis of the cabinet. Finally, the strain at typical position is measured by impact test and the max strain in test is estimated. These results may provide useful guidelines for the design of similar electronic cabinet.
