Abstract:
As a kind of high performance composite material, carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFPR) has high specific strength, high specific stiffness and good vibration damping performance, so it is more and more widely used in airborne electronic equipment. In allusion to the features of airborne environment condition, an airborne electronic CFPR cabinet is designed. ANSYS software is used for dynamics simulation analysis of the cabinet. Finally, the strain at typical position is measured by impact test and the max strain in test is estimated. These results may provide useful guidelines for the design of similar electronic cabinet.
